Mory Industries establishes the joint venture with Lohakit Metal Public, which is listed stainless steel products maker and coil center in Thailand, in Bangkok, Thailand to sell stainless steel tubes, announced on Tuesday. The joint venture, Mory Lohakit (Thailand) is established in April and launches to develop the stainless tubes market for automobile and motorcycles application in Thailand and in neighboring countries.
Mory Industries and Lohakit Metal have 49% interests each in the joint venture with 10 million baht or about 28 million yen of capital. Mory Industries sends the representative director. Mory Industries has been giving the technical support of stainless tubes to Auto Metal, the manufacturing subsidiary of Lohakit Metal.
