Shinsho Corporation and Kobe Steel announced on 3rd to decide to establish a production base of steel wire for cold heading with 4 companies including Metal one in Mexico. They had been discussing about the joint venture since March. Company name is Kobelco CH Wire Mexicana(KCHM).
