Chinese iron and steel makers might increase the use of ferrous scrap. Production by electric furnace will rise, and ferrous scrap will be needed more, because makers must reduce carbon-dioxide emission in preparation for new Environmental Protection in 2015. Using ratio of ferrous scrap is expected to increase by 2016.
