Nippon Chuzo announced on 10th the firm developed and commercial viability zero-thermal expansion alloy material “LEX-ZERO”. Because it can remove accuracy accident error caused by heat deformation of material, it is estimated to be used widely as constructional member and parts in a lot of fields including semiconductive device manufacturing, liquid crystal making, ultraprecise fine processing and accurate optical equipment.
