Hitachi Metals announced on 29th to acquire 51% (31,620 stock) of allotted capital of MMC Superalloy which is a 100% subsidiary of Mitsubishi Materials and manufactures special alloy mainly. Mitsubishi Materials transfers a part of MMC stock to Hitachi Metals, and floats and acquires shares for subscription using allocation of new stocks to Hitachi Metals by MMC.
