October Trade Statistics Decreases to 3.27 Million Tons

According to trade statistics Ministry of Finance announced on 20th, ferrous exports of October decreased by 1.6% from the previous year to 3.276 million tons, it was the decrease for the straight 2 months. It was also 5.1% decrease compared with the previous month. It is the background of downturn in economy in Thailand and developing countries, a decrease of spot exports caused by increasing domestic demand for mainly construction and automobile.
