Japanese primary aluminium buyers is likely to conclude the premium negotiation with offshore smelters at around US$ 245-246 per tonnes for October-December 2013. Producers including Rio tinto, offered high price, around US$ 250, to keep July-September level. On the other hand, buyers in Japan asked for them to decrease because of off-demand season. But, it is expected to be unsatisfactory result for buyers because range of reduction is limited.
