POSCO in Korea announced on 23rd to establish an integrated steel joint venture business which uses FINEX, new ironmaking process, with Chongqing Iron & Steel group in China. They signed fifty-fifty joint business contract which reaches annual 3 million tons of annual output capability. It is the first overseas advance as FINEX.
