Ordinary steel products from electric furnace, especially bar steels has been turning up from July, and tide is changing toward full-scale bounceback in this Autumn. Electric furnaces steel makers, feeling actual demand improvement, is raising the price, and they expect domestic market will touch bottom in June-July. Backwater mood is changing to strong attitude.
