Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry announced on 11th, the ministry filed a WTO complaint against antidumping measure which China invoked on import of Certain High-performance Stainless Steel Seamless Tubes made in Japan. The ministry requested a trial in dispute-settlement Panel, because Japan and China had pursued consultations through WTO but they were not resolved. As disputed high-functionality products used to Ultra-Supercritical Boiler in thermal power plant cannot be produced in China, Japan had reported that there are no the facts of competition and damages to China.
