JFE Galvanizing & Coating and Tokyo Tessei made an agreement to trust the production of corrugated plate made by steel sheet which is JFE Galvanizing & Coating-Brand. JFE Galvanizing & Coating wanted to downsize unprofitable departments and Tokyo Tessei had been planning to expand corrugated plate business. Both companies have a meeting of interests. JFE Galvanizing & Coating plans to relegate total volume production of corrugated plate to Tokyo Tessei in April 2013.
