Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China made the final decision that dumping did damages to Chinese market in the antidumping investigation for import of Certain High-performance Stainless Steel Seamless Tubes made in Japan and EU. China places AD taxes of up to 14.4% on items made in Japan for 5 years. Japan side had been hanging out that highly-functional items made in Japan that China cannot manufacture, don’t compete with them made in China, and Japan had been appealing avoidance of AD. But China didn’t accept it.
