Anshan Iron & Steel Group, the big Chinese iron and steel company, continues a final negotiation with Kobe Steel uneventfully about the joint project for cold rolled high-tensile steel manufacturing for automobile and hope to come off early, Zhang Xiaogang Chief Executive Officer of Anshan Iron & Steel Group said on 8th. It is estimated to make a final decision as early as this year studying the details by dedicated team of both firms. Anshan Iron & Steel Group plan to strengthen competing power and earning power keeping pace with expanding highâquality steel demand with technical support of high-tensile steel from Kobe Steel, because it is expected car production in China to keep to increase.
