Japanese ferrous scrap export price hit FAS 25,932 yen per tonne for H2 grade at the monthly export tender held by Kanto Tetsugen on Tuesday. The price was 2,036 yen lower than previous tender results on August 9th and in line with local electric furnace steel maker’s purchase price. A dealer source said the results could not affect local market very much.
