Hitachi Metals and Hitachi Tool Engineering which is a consolidated subsidiary of Hitachi Metals, announced on 27th that Hitachi Metals will acquire 100% ownership of Hitachi Tool Engineering on November 1st, 2012. They plan to provide the solution from the material of tool steel to metallic mold to push forward to develop for the global market including developing country more.
