H-beam export price keeps to down. The price for Southeast Asia by Japanese makers decreased by 40-50 dollers from the previous month to around 750 dollers on base size for C&F. Contract price is decreasing as a result of the offer price is 40-50 dollers lower than one by Japanese maker.
