Shinsho Corporation builds plate shearing process plant in India for total 1 billion yen. The firm launches the joint venture with Hyogo based shearing processor, Kyusho. They launch the processing plant in spring 2013 to provide plate and parts to transplant of Kobelco Cranes. The joint venture eyes parts supply for Kobelco Construction Machinery in the second phase.
Shinsho Corporation controls 51% of the venture with 49% share by Kyusho. The plant is the first flat steel processing offshore subsidiary for Shinsho Corporation. They hold ceremony in mid-June to start construction. Kobelco Construction Machinery launched Indian hydraulic shovel plant in January 2011. Kobelco Cranes started crawler crane making plant in India in December 2011.
