Ye Chiu Metal Smelting targets world top maker of secondary alloyed aluminium by 2017. The firm plans to triple the group’s output to 100,000 tonnes per month by 2017. The firm starts Chinese new plant in 2015 and Malaysian new plant in 2014. The firm tries to expand both Chinese sales and export mainly for Japan.

The firm talks with government of Taicang for land for new plant. The government allows the firm’s purchase for 1.3 million square meters but the firm seeks 2.6 million square meters. The firm tries to complete the talk to decide the plan. The firm would shift to other city depending on the talk. The firm will start construction of Malaysian plant after the firm gets attractive natural gas scheme from the government.

The firm plans monthly 75,000 tonnes sales in China and 25,000 tonnes sales in Malaysia by 2017. The firm expects 50% of export rate mainly for Japan. The firm tries to develop Chinese market through the competitiveness of the large scale operation with more than 25,000 tones of monthly production compared with rivals’ 5,000-6,000 tonnes class plants.
