The dealers could resist the hike when the market price keeps the level under higher inventory. Nippon Steel tries to improve the profitability by keeping the production cut. The firm continues low level production at Kimitsu works in April-June and 10 days idle in April. The firm started to improve the spot selling price for projects since March.
