Japanese ferrous scrap export decreased by 44.2% to 279,000 tonnes in August compared with July, which represents decrease 2 months in a row according to Japan ferrous raw materials association.
Export to China decreased by 19.7% to 175,000 tonnes and to South Korea decreased by 67.9% to 81,000 tonnes while to Taiwan decreased by 5.8% to 16,000 tonnes in August from a month ago.
