Dowa Mining to Introduce Coating Facility for Auto-parts in USA
Dowa Mining announced on Monday it would introduce new coating facility mainly for automotive parts at the US subsidiary, Dowa THT America in Ohio for around 500 million yen. The firm builds new plant building eyeing further expansion including another line. The firm will start the mass production at monthly 400 tonnes of treatment capacity in June 2006 to serve expanding North American transplants of Japanese auto- and auto-parts makers.
