Joetsu Materials Spins off 7 Businesses of its Holding Company Into Separate Companies
Joetsu Materials Corporation, the Japanese major nonferrous metal maker, whose capital is 423.5 million yen and employees are 260 people, decided to have "J Mate Holdings," the holding company, which will be newly established on April 1 2005, and spin off its 7 businesses into separate companies because the firm will deal with expansion and diversification of the businesses such as manufacture of metal fittings for waterworks, recycling and environmental businesses, etc.
