Chori Advanced Material and rare metal maker in China
to sell
tantalum oxide and niobium oxide to Japan
Chori Advanced Material entered into a contract of agency to sell
tantalum oxide and niobium oxide to Japan with rare metal maker at Kyuko
in China. They will sell for optical lens that the demand is increasing.
The sales are estimated that tantalum oxide will be 25-35 tonnes and
niobium oxide will be 40-50 tonnes. In addition, the company will do a
contract manufacturing in China by using African and Russian raw
materials, and it will have a stable supply of raw materials.
The Chinese largest plant at Kyuko produces tantalum oxide and niobium
oxide. The features of its products are high quality and stability.
Half of the raw materials used at the factory are ores of its group
company and the others are African ores and Russian medium materials.
