Tokyo, Reinforcing Steel Bar Market to Drop Continuously to 58,000 Yen
The reinforcing steel bar market in Tokyo area dropped continuously by 1,000 yen to 58,000 yen per tonne over the last week. It is a factor that the overseas steel bar market fell from the beginning of this spring or that the ferrous scrap price in Tokyo area does not stop declining. On a circulation side, there are many views that construction demand is steady, and it is expected that there is possibility of reversing a market price from summer to the beginning of autumn.
