Japan Steel Export 3rd Record at 35.3 million tonnes in 2004
Japanese total steel export increased by 2.6% to third record 35.303 million tonnes in 2004 from 2003, announced by Japan Iron and Steel Federation on Wednesday. The carbon steel export increased by 3.3% to 25.941 million tonnes while special steel export increased by 1.5% to record 5.375 million tonnes.
